Pathway DNC Policy

1. National Do Not Call Registry

  • Sales representatives must not call phone numbers listed on the National Do Not Call Registry, unless:
    • The person has given prior written consent, or
    • There is an existing business relationship within the last 18 months.

2. Internal Do Not Call List

  • Pathway Financial, LLC maintains its own Internal DNC List. This list includes individuals who:
    • Have asked not to be contacted again, or
    • Have complained about calls.
  • All team members must check the internal DNC list before each call.
  • Any request to be added to the internal DNC list must be honored immediately and documented in the CRM system.

3. Call Time Restrictions

  • Outbound sales calls may only be made between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM local time of the person being called.

4. Identification Requirements

During every call, team members must:

  • Clearly state their full name and that they are calling on behalf of Pathway Financial, LLC.
  • Provide a valid telephone number or email address the consumer can use to reach the company.

Prohibited Practices

  • Calling any number on the DNC registry or internal list without exception.
  • Ignoring consumer requests to be added to the DNC list.
  • Failing to properly document a DNC request in the CRM system.
  • Sharing or selling DNC information.

Team Responsibilities

  • Sales Reps must review DNC lists before initiating any call.
  • Supervisors/Managers must audit calls and verify compliance.
  • Training on DNC compliance is required upon hiring and updated annually.

Violations & Penalties

Violating this policy can result in:

  • Disciplinary action (including termination).
  • Legal liability for the company and individual involved.
